Here’s something I’ve written(don’t look an inspiration in the mouth). Btw, inspiration gotten from Ayumi Hamasaki’s PV “Jewel”. I’ve tried my hardest to describe the setting. Let me tell you, it’s not easy…

[ Cold Stones ]

It was cold.

Blue, empty, barren land. A cave enclosed in ice. White puffs of smoke drifted about the space. Stalactites hang from the ceiling of the spacious room, glinting and shimmering like diamonds. Still water, except for the occasional, albeit silent drip of drop of water from the hanging stalactites, creating concentric circles on the water. Small stones, as if diamonds, gleamed against the light. It mesmerized Alice. The beauty…graceful, elegant…timeless beauty.

She walked deeper and deeper.

Glass like figures sprouted from the icy ground. Fragile…a flower bloomed, resembling a tulip, yet seemed to be made of glass. A gnarly tree stands tall, yet easily breakable. Branches leafless, transparent, sharp and dangerous. Grass, flowers…blooming on the cold blue ground. Glass figurines, so intricate, so…alive; shimmering as it bathed in the light. A butterfly fluttered about, leaves falling the ground, unhurried…grass fluttering to an invisible breeze.

Alice continued on.

A darker, colder expanse of ice and black twigs, climbing, reaching towards the non-existent light greeted her. She spied a woman dressed in white, head covered by the overhanging twigs, leaves sprouting, softly, silently, shimmering in the light.

The woman in white lifted her head slowly, gracefully, shifting her hands, removing the cover it provided. Eyes fluttered opened unhurried.

The woman was stunning. Dazzling…

Her eyes…the pupils were a different shade of colour, sky blue, emerald green, ruby red revolving round and round her eye… The colours reflected on her eyes were mesmerizing. Many shades, blending, mixing, to form her pupil. Her eyelashes were fanned out and white, seeming alike to a swan preparing for flight. Diamonds dotted along her eyes, and scattered around her thick eyelashes.

Hair, hazel brown hair, trapped neatly in a head net of sparkling white diamond. The snow woman’s hair, tied in a ponytail, encased with another shimmering hairclip. She wore an intricately designed earring. Like the land, white and lustrous, twinkling.

The woman shifted again, gracefully, hands full of sparkly rings, reverting to their original position; hiding the woman in white’s face. Glittering snow falling onto the ground, glistening plants drooping, sleeping…resting…black twigs glinting with the snow that touched them, aiding in hiding the elegant, beautiful woman’s face.

Alice stood there, breathless. The icy chamber…so still, so silent, yet continued to be radiant, alluring. The cold blue tavern was breathtaking, mystifying.
